Paleo Nut Crunch (aka Crack!)

2 cups raw almonds

2 cups raw cashew pieces

1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds

1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds

1/4 raw coconut flakes

2 Tbsp Vanilla 

1/2 cup Agave syrup

1/4 cup palm sugar

1 Tbsp cinnamon

1/4  tsp cayenne

2 tsp ground ginger

 

1) Preheat oven to 350f, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease with butter

2) Mix the nuts in a bowl

3) In another, larger bowl mix together the remaining ingredients. Stir nuts into wet mixture. Press nut mixture into lined baking sheet

4) Bake for 25-30 minutes, watching to make sure the nuts do not burn

5) Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely

6) Break nut brittle into large chunks and eat
